Lori Stephens- Owner/Manager

My name is Lori and I am the owner of On the Spot Pet Care. I have lived in Utah all my life. I love business and get great satisfaction from giving back to our community in any way I can. I am the fouder and President of "See Spot Eat, Inc." A non-profit pet-food bank and temporary housing program.
I have always had a love and passion for animals as well. On the Spot Pet Care allows me to combine my passion for business and pets while providing much needed services to our community.
I have training and special interest in timid or aggressive pets that other pet caregivers may have turned away. I am current training as a pet groomer and pet massage therapist. I am American Red Cross - Pet CPR and First Aid Certified.
I have a BSB/M (Bachelors of Business Management) from the University of Phoenix and am currently working towards my Masters degree.

I am an avid reader of many pet journals, books, web sites and messages boards. I volunteer at many non profit pet centers and have access to a variety of resources for finding answers to all your pet concerns.

Julie Carter- Owner/Master Groomer
Julie has over 13 years experience as a pet groomer and academy teacher. Her grooming skills and overall knowledg of pets are second to none!  She passes on those skills and knowledge as the Master instructor of Spot's Grooming Academy.
Julie also serves as Executive Director at See Spot Eat, Inc.


Reigan-Pet Caregiver
Hi, My name is Reigan but you can call me Rey. I have worked as a care-giver for On the Spot since they first began. It is very exciting to watch the company as it grows and expands so quickly!  I also worked as  assistant boarding manager at a local animal hospital for over 6 years which allowed me to gain extensive knowledge of pet care and  many certifications- including CPR and First Aid, medication administration, pet massage, grooming, and more. I love all of the pets I care for! I am always wanting to take one (more) home with me!
I am currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Psych at Brodview University. I am looking forward to graduation -But, will always remain a lifelong pet care giver!
